What's Your Average Turnaround Time From Order To Delivery?

Our pre-designed range of prints that you see available on the website are printed and shipped within 14 Working Days of order processing. Delivery time is 3-5 working days via Hermes . Custom and personalised prints are designed, printed and shipped within 7 Working Days of processing your order. This time can vary depending on how quickly you contact us with your requirements for the order. Again, after this process, shipping is 3-5 days via Hermes.

Does The Price I See On Your Website Include The Cost Of Designing and Personalisation? 

Yes! The prices you see are fixed - once you have paid for your order there are no hidden fees or additional costs.
With Business Stationery You Are Required To Provide Your Own Logo, If You Do Not Have One You Can Purchase Design Work For An Additional Fee.

Why Are Frames Not Included? 

We pride ourselves of giving our customers the best value for money and unfortunately we can't compete on price with high street retailers when it comes to frames. A wide selection of frames under £5 are available from stores including The Range, Poundland and IKEA to name a few. We feel it is wrong to over charge customers on frames that we know you could get cheaper elsewhere. 

How Much Is Postage? 

Standard postage cost is £4.99 as a Flat Rate. Your prints will arrive safely in a "Please Don't Bend" envelope, Other items Will Be Boxed. We Use A Courier Service That Will Deliver To Your Door, Delivery is free on orders over £50 in the U.K. 

What Type Of Paper Is Used On Prints And Business Stationery?

We currently Print On 220gsm Premium White Card For Prints.
A6 cards are all 300gsm

Yes! We Cover Both ROI And Northen Ireland Please Note Postage To ROI Is £9.99

I’ve Ordered a "Design Your Own Print" - But How Do I Tell You My Design Needs And Requirements? 

Easy! After ordering, send us an email at
or drop us a DM with your order number at @printmeprettyuk on Instagram. Please note that we cannot deal with custom order design requests on our Facebook page. The same applies to personalised prints - just contact us after placing an order with your order number and required name. 

What Happens If I Have Uploaded The Wrong Image To Be Printed?

If you have uploaded or emailed us the incorrect logo you should contact us ASAP unfortunately we will print the image provided to us excatly as it is we can not guarantee that if you have made an error we will be able to correct it in time, at the time or ordering and at the checkout you agree and acknowledge all images and text you have provided you have CAREFULLY approved and you accept any mistakes you have made are not our responsibility, we will print items with the details you have provided so please be careful and insure there are no mistakes.


I Placed An Order and Supplied My Own Logo, But My Logo Has Printed Blurred Or Very Low Quality, Can I Have My Money Back?

As Per Section 17 Of Are Terms And Conditions PMPUK are not responsible for the print quality of design , images , or logos we did not design ourselfs. Due to this being a personalised service you are not intitled to a refund or exchange. 
If you have provided an image and the quality is low this is not our responsibility and we take no part in how your logo turns out as we didn't design or hold the original files. 
All logos should be uploaded in either a PNG or JPEG file. Your logo should be clear on screen. If your logo appears blurred on a digital format it will print blurred or pixilated so if you are unsure if your logo is suitable for printing or resizing speak to your designer.
For some items such as pens and keyrings we will have to resize your image down very small. If your logo is not on a suitable format unfortunately potential blurring may occur please speak to the person who designed your logo and insure its print ready.

I Do Not Have A Design? Can you make one for my cards?

Unfortunately Not. Design Work For Logos, Is Not Included In The Price Of Our Items If You Need A Logo Designed Its £25.00  We Do Not design for cards or stickers as it cost's money to use fonts and fancy (Commercial License) text a service I do not provide for free, if you have no logo and do not wish to pay for one your item will be printed with extermley Basic text with your business name in black. Using a free front on a white background. Please make sure if you ask us to just put your business name it will be very basic.


Why Is There A £10 Minimum Spend?

As Of January 1st 2022 we have introduced a minimum spend of £10 to our website, this is because orders under £10 we tend to lose money on as a business, you order must be £10 or greater to reach the checkout stage, after a discount is applied your total must be £10 or more including shipping or you order will automatically bounce, as a small business we appreciate this may be frustrating for a small number of customers but we would rather have a minimum spend than a increase in prices.
